Udder Madness indeed

sorry for the bad pun, but how horrifying (not to mention, nauseating) is this? the gleefully celebratory tone of acknowledged cruelty in how this is written, just well, kills me. is it just me? wtf?

I can only hope they pack their place past capacity one night, block off the fire exits with carts of dead cows, and ignore some faulty wiring ;-)

I think I understand where fascination with the utter and the violence and anger towards the innocent cow comes from:

"Taking things beyond mere enjoyment, the Udder’ll be used as a classroom where the general public can try its own hand at casing sausage, a setting so perfect, it makes learning about eating almost as fun as eating about eating."

Is that the most repressed/closeted thing you've read in a long time or is it just me?

Man...it's 2008, being gay is cool now...stop trying to fill that void with the wrong kind of meat.

I sent a somewhat scathing email to the publishers of this article, saying what I thought about their glorification of murder, and the response I got was essentially: "Why don't you go say it to the restaurant owners and leave us alone."

Typical, no responsibility in journalism nowadays.

what!? they refuse to even be accountable for their own words? i love it = "blame the restaurant for what we wrote, not us. it's the restaurant's fault for existing - and killing animals - that made us write that."

how juvenile. but certainly in keeping with the tone of the article itself.
