I have often read the quote in this tribe's description and wondered about it. Not being much of a historian, I was not familiar with Plutarch, and have wondered if I should have come across this quote already just because I'm vegetarian/vegan.

So I've finally taken the time to educate myself a little about this Plutarch fellow. I came across this excerpt of his writings on vegetarianism and think it might be interesting to post here.
